Nicoleta is the founder and director of BIM Design Hub, an online training centre offering CPD-certified (UK) ISO 19650 training. With over 15 years of experience as an architect, she specialises in project delivery, ISO 19650 standards implementation, and the integration of technology into multidisciplinary design workflows. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, at UCL researching information management in BIM. She also holds an MSc in Sustainable Design from the University of Edinburgh. She has spoken at various BIM conferences and supports initiatives that drive innovation and business transformation. She was recognised as a Linkedin Top Voice twice in 2024, she contributed to BIM Heroes learning programs and she currently serves as Coordinator of the Women in BIM Heroes group.
