Alex is an asset management specialist, having worked for Keystone and subsequently Civica and since 2025, Totalmobile. He specialises in selling strategic property asset management software. He has particular expertise in social housing, and corporate facilities management sectors. His customers include housing associations, local authorities, utilities and service providers in the UK and APAC region. Alex is active in the NIMA aligned BIM4Housing and BIM-in-AM working groups.
